Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address
